Course Objective The objective is to comprehend the principles in labour law related to the concepts of working time and vacation and their forms of implementation by analyzing provisions of the relevant legislation in detail.
Course Content 1 General principles of the organization of work in the Turkish Labour Law 2 General framework of the organization of work in the international agreements 3 General principles of the organization of work in the European Union Law 4 The scope of labour law and other laws 5 Subcontractor in the Turkish Labour Law 6 Concepts of working time, actual-supposed working time in the Turkish Labour Law 7 Daily and weekly working time in the Turkish Labour Law 8 Working based on balancing 9 Night work, compensatory work and short-time working 11 Overtime work and extra hours work 11 Rest breaks in the Turkish Labour Law 12 Weekly rest day in the Turkish Labour Law 13 Periods of annual leave with pay in the Turkish Labour Law
