Course Objective It is aimed to form a basis for individual labor law and collective labor law lessons by analysing all kind of the employment and work contracts.
Course Content 1 Specifying the types of employment and work contracts in general,identifying the characteristics of the employment and work contracts 2 Concept of the mixed and sui generis (specific) contracts 3 The effect of the mixed and specific contracts on labor law 4 Contract examples: employment contracts covering housing, employee attorneys' contracts, ordinary bussiness contracts in which labor accepted as capital. 5 Work chain contracts 6 Floating- work times regulated in service contracts and employment contracts 7 Employement chain contracts 8 Elements of home-based service contract 9 Elements of salesmanship contract 10 whistleblowing of th employee in employement agreements 11 whistleblowing of th employee in employement agreements 12 Orientation: Analysis of the effects of the untitled contracts on Labor law with practising contract examples
