Course Objective Objective: Process of collective bargaining, solutions of disagreements and its analysis with contention methods according to Turkish labor law. Aim: Analysis of collective labor relations from the content and process perspective Collective Bargaining Expertise. .
Course Content Establishment and Process Of Employee and Employer Institutes, Membership of Employee and Employer Institutes, Activities of Employee and Employer Institutes, Freedom of Trade Union and Rights, Its Control and Abolishment, Importance of Collective Bargaining System, Autonomy of Collective Agreement, Determination of Collective Agreement, Implementation of Collective Agreement, Judgments of Collective Agreement, Field of Application and Abolishment, Disputes of Batch Job and Its Peaceful Solutions, Strike, Lock-Out.

4Gaining the ability to solve problems that results in labour disputes and struggles (strikes and lockouts).
5Serving as collective bargaining specialist in public or private sector.
