Course Objective The objective is to determine the structure of trilateral labour relations and the rules to be applied to these relations by examining the characteristics of trilateral labour relations in labour law that occured by changing of the conditions in economics and business life. It is targeted to discuss obligations and rights of the parties in trilateral labour relations, to analyze the rules protecting the workers in these relations, to examine the regulations regarding the conclusion and the end of these relations.
