Course Objective Learning our countries organization structure of Public Administration, Analysis of the transformation process and to evaluate the emergence of new governance principles in the public organization since the early 1980’s with globalization, Examining the Turkish public personnel management system in the transformation process and also learning the basic features dominates organization and functioning of Turkish Public Administration and evaluating the working conditions in Turkish public and private sector are the main objectives of the course.
Course Content Quality of Public Organization, Organization of Public Administration, Era of change in Public Administration, Traditional Public Administration model, New Public Management model, Human Resources Management, Bureaucracy and Public Personnel Management, Working conditions in private sector and in the civil society organizations, Job applications
